To book an appointment, get price estimate or make an online consultation about your tattoo idea please fill out this form with all required info.
If your idea for a tattoo, its size or placement has not been specified yet - don't worry. Just write about it in relevant fields in form (we need to start from something :) and we can discuss it later via mail.
If you'd like to get more than one tattoo during one session please include info about all of them in one form. For example "Size: length" field please fill out like this: "Tattoo 1: 10-12 cm; Tattoo 2: 8-10cm". The rest of the fields should be filled out the same way.

4. Please upload up to three inspirations/references (tattoos you like, photos, drawings, sketches done by you). If you're interested in one of my wanna-do designs upload screenshot of it.
Please keep in mind that I usually work Tuesday-Friday and I offer mostly morning appointments (about 9:00/10:00), sometimes booking spot in the afternoon is possible in case of smaller tattoos.
